Whether it is the other way up over the reduce aspect in the dial like almost all of the clock rather than standard (IV/IIII,V, VI and so forth) engraved inside the dial. Will anyone enlighten me about it? I purchased a clock where by I discover the orientation is just not the wrong way up within the dial and if that's not the proper oriention I'll
